An analysis of federal data shows that just 47% of colleges and universities graduated first-time, full-time students receiving Pell Grants within six years, compared with 65% who granted degrees to non-Pell recipients in the same period. Researchers recommend solutions such as giving federal designation and extra support to schools serving large numbers of Pell Grant students.
