  • Proning
  • Fluid staffing between COVID and other units.
  • Use of enhanced PPE including (power air-purifying respirators) for resuscitation
  • Routine monitoring for compliance with appropriate PPE use
  • Placing ICU COVID patients in adjoining rooms so PPE could be conserved and workflow streamlined.
